How to Apply

Basic Requirement

  1. To register at the RoW portal of Govt. of Manipur, a registrant must be an authorized person of Telecom Service Provider (TSP)/Infrastructure Provider (IP)/Internet Service Provider (ISP), registered under the Department of Telecommunication (DoT), Govt. of India.
  2. The authorized person need to submit the authorization letter from the respective TSP/IP/ISP as per the specified format.

Steps to Register

  1. https://rowmanipur.mn.gov.in/app/site/login
  2. Enter the information required listed at the registration form.
  3. Upload the necessary documents.
  4. Submit SMS OTP and Email OTP sent to the authorized person’s mobile number and email.

List of Documents to Upload

  1. A valid license issued by the Department of Telecommunication, Govt. of India
  2. Authorization letter for the authorized person for using the Manipur RoW portal from the respective telecom licensee.
    Proof of Identity of the Authorized Person such as AADHAR Card, Driving License, Passport, Voter ID etc.)
